Harvest TraceMaster Mobile Products
Harvest TraceMaster prints pallet cards with a barcoded pallet number, allowing easy scanning identification of a pallet.
A list of barcoded coolroom bay references may be mounted on the forklift or at the bay itself, allowing the location information to also be scanned.
Scanning allows the user to quickly capture information without entering it manually into the PDA.
The following products are currently available :
Consignment Stock Allocation and Confirmation
- Scan pallets to determine allocation status, allocate/deallocate to consignment
- List pallets in consignment
- Confirm consigned pallets onto truck
- List unconfirmed pallets, error tone sounds if pallet not in consignment is confirmed
Inventory Location Management
- Track pallets by coolroom and bay location
- Find pallets, move pallets
- Use in conjunction with Consignment functions

Receival Management
- Receive raw product or finished stock
- Generate docket paperwork
- Optionally generate bin/pallet cards
Packout Management
- Optional carton level barcoding
- Scan/enter pallet product tallies
